		<description>Research has suggested that nurses typically stay in a facility not so much because of pay, but if management respects them, takes them into consideration and if administration is not on a hungting expedition to try to fire nurses if they admit to mistakes.

Finding nurses or for that matter keeping nurses to work for a facility in today&#039;s climate may prove to be much easier than in the past.  The feeling is that the economy is wavering and this is having many think twice about what may have been the norm in the past.</description>
