		<description>Nursing retention is a strugling matter for many hospitals and staffing agencies.  I have found that it is not usually more money that keeps nurses, it usually is two major issues.  First, Does the nurse feel that management supports them and Secondly, does the nurse feel she is appreciated.  This seems to be the biggest and one of the major reasons nurses stay at there job.</description>
