The representative I work with is always pleasant and gets the job done. What makes them better than other companies? The Nurse staff that come to our facility are pleasant, appreciative and easy to schedule. Medical Solutions/Darrel will check with me on a routine basis to make sure we are doing okay and if there is anything he can do to help us out. Knowing that there is a friendly voice that cares on the other line is a great plus for our facility as well. It is also nice that when the billing comes in to the accounting department that it is accurate and there is no double check. Thanks for being a great Company. Please provide a detailed situation where Medical Solutions went above and beyond your expectations? Our ICU department was in need of a few RN's for the NOC Shift. Darrel was making his routine calls to see how we were doing and found out about our need. We still needed approval by Management, Darrel was already there. By the time I was approved I had 3 profiles on my desk to send to ICU Manager for interview. The rest of the process went with out a hitch. The Nurses arrived and we had a few problems and Darrel again was there. All problems were resolved and without the help from him and the availability of our facility to Medical Solutions staff the nurses would have been sent home early. Since we started a contract back in mid 2007, Medical Solutions has worked like gang-busters in getting us travelers for Lovelace Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. They continue to fill 20-25% of our needs. They stay in contact on a daily basis and I consider them as one of my major vendors. Personally, I couldn't have asked for a better Client Manager than Jay Preister! Since day one, he was on the case filling my needs as best as possible. He calls and emails on a daily basis with new profiles or asking for updates. He is friendly, personal, and quite professional. He has excellent customer service. skills. He is a definite asset to your organization (and, no, he didn't pay me to say it!). What makes them better than other companies? Medical Solutions is a very ethical and responsible company! They have great prices and I have no problems with their invoices. When there are rare incidences of a dissatisfied traveler or we are not happy with a staff person, they rectify the situation as soon and as best as possible. 90% of the applicants sent are well-qualified and well-liked when they work at our facility. That is evidenced by the number of MS travelers we have renewed for extension contracts. Please provide a detailed situation where Medical Solutions went above and beyond your expectations? I'm not sure if I can specify one particular incident. What I can tell you is that when Medical Solutions got the contract with LMC, they immediately filled many needs and replaced another agency that had the majority of our business but that was being phased out. So, instead of being in a real crisis, Medical Solutions helped fill that gap and make the transition as smooth as possible for us. |
